How fast will my order arrive?
We ship within 24 hours on business days, and weekend orders ship on Monday. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days in the US and 7 to 10 business days to most other countries. During the holidays, please allow up to 48 extra hours.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Your order arrives in a plain box with a neutral sender name, and nothing on the outside says what is inside. On your card statement, the charge shows as NYM MIND.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Email hello@heynymmind.com with your order number and the reason, and we will send you the return steps. Return shipping is paid by you, and your refund (minus the original shipping) is issued within 30 days of us receiving the item.
How do I set up Mingo with the app?
Mingo works with the free Magic Motion app for iPhone and Android. Turn Mingo on, open the app, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and tap "Connect to device". In the same room, Bluetooth works best. When you are far apart, you both use the app over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
